The Manaslu Circuit with Annapurna Circuit Trek is an exceptional Himalayan journey that brings together two of Nepal’s most renowned and world-class trekking routes into one unforgettable adventure. Thoughtfully crafted by Himalaya Soul Treks, this combined trek offers an immersive experience lasting just over three weeks, ideal for trekkers seeking both remote wilderness and iconic Himalayan landscapes. Throughout the trek, you will enjoy breathtaking natural scenery during the day and experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of local communities while staying in traditional tea houses at night. The itinerary is carefully designed with side excursions, scenic day hikes, and dedicated acclimatization days to ensure maximum exploration while allowing your body to gradually adjust to the high altitude.

One of the major highlights of this trek is the crossing of two spectacular high mountain passes. The first is Larkya La Pass (5,106 meters) in the Manaslu region, followed later by the famous Thorong La Pass (5,416 meters) in the Annapurna region—one of the highest trekking passes in the world. Crossing these passes is both physically challenging and deeply rewarding, offering panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and vast Himalayan valleys. The journey begins in the remote and less-crowded Manaslu region, following the Budhi Gandaki River as it winds through dramatic gorges, lush forests, and traditional villages. Towering above the trail is Mount Manaslu (8,163 meters), the eighth-highest mountain in the world. As the trek progresses, the landscape changes dramatically—from subtropical forests and terraced farmlands to alpine meadows and rugged high-mountain terrain—providing a constantly evolving trekking experience.

The Manaslu Circuit loosely follows the base circumference of Mount Manaslu, gradually ascending toward Larkya La Pass before descending into the beautiful Marsyangdi Valley. At Dharapani, the Manaslu Circuit seamlessly connects with the legendary Annapurna Circuit Trek, allowing the adventure to continue into one of the most celebrated trekking regions on Earth. The Annapurna Circuit is frequently ranked among the best treks in the world. One of its most remarkable features is the Kali Gandaki Gorge, recognized as the deepest gorge in the world, lying between two towering eight-thousand-meter peaks—Dhaulagiri (8,167 m) and Annapurna I (8,091 m). Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, the Annapurna region offers rich cultural experiences through its traditional villages, ancient monasteries, and diverse cuisine influenced by Nepali, Tibetan, and Trans-Himalayan cultures.

As the trek nears its conclusion, proper acclimatization ensures you are well prepared to cross the second and higher mountain pass, Thorong La (5,416 meters)—a fitting climax to this epic Himalayan journey. Combining the Manaslu Circuit Trek with the Annapurna Circuit Trek is an excellent option for trekkers wishing to spend most of their 30-day Nepal tourist visa fully immersed in the Himalayas. This trek is physically demanding yet profoundly rewarding, offering a rare blend of solitude, cultural depth, and legendary mountain scenery.
