The 19-Day Manaslu Circuit Alternative Route Trek is an exclusive high-altitude trekking journey through the remote and restricted regions of the Manaslu Conservation Area in Nepal. This trek takes you through pristine Himalayan landscapes, Tibetan-influenced villages, alpine valleys, and towering peaks including Manaslu (8,163 m), Himal Chuli, Ganesh Himal, and Sringi Himal.

The route combines adventure and culture, exploring rural Gurung villages, Buddhist monasteries, yak pastures, and dramatic river gorges. Crossing the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,106 m) provides panoramic Himalayan vistas and a sense of accomplishment for trekkers seeking a less-traveled, authentic experience.

The trek begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Baseri and concludes with a descent to Besisahar, returning to Kathmandu or Pokhara. Along the way, travelers experience high-altitude acclimatization hikes, local homestays, and the warm hospitality of the Manaslu region’s communities.
